Ilea Knight
Personal Trainer
Ilea Knight is an American Sports and Fitness Association certified personal trainer who believes in the power of organized activity. She is passionate about helping people catch up with their goals and maintain integrity in their lives by holding them accountable to ongoing education, commitments to work hard and set goals, and follow-through. She uses a variety of activities and programs that improve balance, strengthen the respiratory, cardiovascular, and muscular systems, increase flexibility, and promote mindfulness. She teaches resistance training, high intensity interval training, plyometrics, calisthenics, aerobics, and dance. Her goals for her clients include comprehensive physical fitness, improved mental clarity, and emotional health benefits.
She has two children, whom she teaches weight lifting, dance, gymnastics, volleyball, soccer, American boxing, Chinese boxing, yoga, basketball, tennis, racquetball, roller-blading, swimming, rock-climbing, and bicycling. She loves her family and works to help the homeless, disabled, and elderly. She believes in a team-oriented approach achieving progress and success.
