Andrew Jones

Mentor

An Orem native and UVU graduate, Andrew Jones grew up alongside Dr. Heath’s sons. Over the years, they kept in touch and given Andrew’s friendly demeanor and ability to easily relate to just about anyone, it only made sense when he started at Arise as a mentor.

With a degree in Communication, he’d previously worked in Human Resources for Ebay, Bask, and Seven Peaks. He enjoys working with the young adults who come to Arise because of their resilience, determination, and constant work towards self-improvement. Being able to be a part of their journeys gives him a strong sense of fulfillment and inspires him to model his own outlook on life after theirs.

Both on- and off-shift, Andrew loves watching and playing sports, watching movies, listening to podcasts, and reading. Sharing his passions and interests is one of the many ways that he connects with students.
